Change the text, pick system fonts and colours, then export a transparent PNG sequence for Premiere, a script that rebuilds it inside After Effects, an animated SVG or a WebM. Nothing is uploaded.

How to use the exports

Premiere Pro (PNG sequence)

Unzip, then File → Import, select the first frame and tick Image Sequence.
Drop it on a track above your footage. Alpha is straight, so it keys itself over the video.
Match the sequence frame rate to the export (30 fps) in Modify → Interpret Footage if needed.

After Effects (script)

File → Scripts → Run Script File… and pick the .jsx. A new comp opens with text, solid and shape layers and real keyframes.
Edit anything: text, fonts, easing in the Graph Editor, or retime the keys.
For Premiere, open Window → Essential Graphics, add the text properties, and Export Motion Graphics Template (.mogrt).
Clip transforms: select your footage layer first, then run the script; the keyframes are written onto that layer.

DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, CapCut

Use the PNG sequence (alpha) or the WebM. For Final Cut, import the PNG sequence as an image sequence in the import dialog.
